Music on, drinks cold, and the whole Gulf in front of you. Up here you watch the sun slide into the water with a Last Light, our sunset drink, in your hand.
Barefoot Rooftop Bar sits on top of Barefoot Beach Club on Gulf Boulevard in Madeira Beach, a few minutes north of John's Pass Village. The bar opens at 11 a.m., happy hour runs from 3 to 6, and when last call rings on the rest of the island at ten, we keep going.
Downstairs, The Tiki serves the pool deck with frozen drinks, cold cans and grab-and-go snacks, and our rooftop kitchen runs comfort food down to your chair.

Is there a rooftop bar in Madeira Beach that stays open late?
Yes. The Roof at Barefoot Beach Club is open every day from 11 a.m. The bar stays open after 10 p.m., and the kitchen serves until 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights.
Do I have to stay at the hotel to visit The Roof?
No. The Roof is for hotel guests and day-pass visitors. A Sunset Pass is $20 and gets you onto The Roof from 5 p.m. A full Day Pass is $30 and includes both pools, the heated spa, beach access, The Roof and a welcome drink.
How old do I need to be?
The Roof is all ages, and so are the pool deck and The Tiki. There is a kids' menu for 12 and under, and you must be 21 or older to order alcohol.
When is happy hour?
Every day from 3 to 6 p.m. Draft beer and wine are $2 off, well cocktails are $9, the Sunset Margarita is $11, and a bucket of five domestics is $25.
Is there music on The Roof?
Yes. There is music on The Roof every day, from the afternoon through sunset and late into the night.
Do you have drink packages?
Yes. Buckets of five domestics are $30, any frozen drink by the pitcher is $42 and serves four, and pitchers drop to $38 on Frozen Fridays. Cabana Day includes a $30 food and beverage credit.
Can I order food at the pool?
Yes. Order at The Tiki and we cook it in the rooftop kitchen and run it down to your chair in about fifteen minutes.
Is there a service charge?
A 20% operations charge is added to all food and beverage checks. All of it goes to our service team.
